Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) delivers this website and stores contact-form submissions. Cloudflare processes connection data (IP address, timestamp) to deliver and secure the site.
A processor agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place, and transfers to the United States are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.
Drittlandbezug / International transfers
The controller is established in the British Virgin Islands — a third country for which the European Commission has issued no adequacy decision. Transfers to the controller are made on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR; a copy is available on request.
Voice services for German customers are switched and recorded in German data centres. Call content and call detail records do not leave Germany.
